Who I Am

My name is Ola Ladapo. I’m a qualified Podiatrist (Foot expert) who lives in England, UK. My passion is to teach you why your feet’s health is just as important as taking care of any other part of your body. Why did I decide to create this blog, you ask? Well…

First Q: Do you like the look of your feet?

Second Q: What do your toes look like or how wide are your feet?

In other words, other than the usual clean-moisturise-paint nails/acrylics-repeat, do you know the best ways you can achieve good foot health?

Just like how we like to take care of the rest of our body doing things like keeping fit, drinking more water etc, the exact same passion needs to be applied to the feet as well. So, I created The Foot Geek, an online resource that would show people like you that ok, your feet may not look as top-notch as you want them to be, BUUT, with this blog, you’ll be empowered with information on how you can learn to manage or even improve these problems and start loving your feet more.

I’ve had so many people say to me “Why feet?”. I just say “Because it’s probably the number one aspect of our bodies that we don’t really focus (enough) on.”
